Weekly and Bi-Weekly Options

Cost is one of the main barriers that make it difficult for clients to access therapy. For that reason, I provide the option for scheduling bi-weekly appointments to cut costs in half, after the initial 4-6 weeks therapy. It is extremely important to develop a foundation of trust in the relationship and that usually takes between 4-6 weeks of weekly meetings. This can be determined together as we begin our work.

*More severe mental health challenges will be required to have weekly sessions until risk is minimal

Modern Health Services:

  • I accept clients that have employer provided mental health services via Modern Health. https://www.modernhealth.com/

  • Sessions are determined by employer packages and offer varying amounts of therapy sessions (usually 10-30 sessions provided)

  • After sessions are completed, private pay services are listed above.

Insurance:

  • I do not currently accept any insurance carriers however I can provide documentation needed (SuperBills) for Out Of Network reimbursements depending on your health coverage.

  • HSA accounts can also be used to pay for therapy services. (most HSA cards can be used like credit cards)

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This does not apply to patients who are using out of network services through their PPO.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
